Policy Statement

CRGI Solutions shall ensure that adequate welfare facilities are available to all staff. As a virtual consultancy, welfare considerations primarily relate to the home working environment and arrangements during client site visits.

Key Requirements

  1. The home working environment shall provide adequate lighting, heating, ventilation, and workspace as assessed through the DSE self-assessment process.
  2. Staff attending client sites shall have access to appropriate welfare facilities including drinking water, toilets, rest areas, and first aid provisions (confirmed through RAMS and site-specific risk assessment).
  3. Where client-provided welfare facilities are inadequate, alternative arrangements shall be made before work commences.
  4. Staff shall report any welfare concerns to the Operations Manager for resolution.
  5. Welfare arrangements shall be reviewed as part of the annual risk assessment review cycle.
