Hazard Identification Procedure Flowchart

ISO 45001:2018 Clause 6.1.2.1 — Hazard identification for occupational health and safety

Procedure Overview
This procedure defines how CRGI Solutions identifies workplace hazards across all project sites and virtual operations. As a virtual engineering consultancy, hazards arise primarily at client sites during visits, at home workstations (DSE), and through design activities where CDM duties apply. The Operations Manager (Sean Ashton) maintains the Hazard Register (HREG03) and ensures all staff report hazards and near misses.
