Procedure Overview
This procedure defines how CRGI Solutions identifies training needs, delivers training, assesses competency, and maintains training records. All staff complete HSQE induction before commencing work. Ongoing training is delivered through toolbox talks, e-learning, and supervised practice. The Training Matrix (HREG06) is the primary evidence of competence.
