Policy Statement

CRGI Solutions is committed to responsible and ethical procurement. We shall consider environmental, social, and governance factors alongside quality, cost, and capability when selecting suppliers and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  1. Suppliers and subcontractors shall be assessed against HSQE criteria as part of the approval process.
  2. Preference shall be given to suppliers who demonstrate responsible environmental practices and ethical labour standards.
  3. Procurement decisions shall be transparent, fair, and free from conflicts of interest.
  4. Suppliers shall be required to confirm compliance with modern slavery, anti-bribery, and environmental legislation as a condition of engagement.
  5. Supplier performance shall be monitored and reviewed, with poor performers subject to corrective action or removal from the approved list.
  6. Local and SME suppliers shall be considered where they meet quality and capability requirements.
