Policy Statement

CRGI Solutions expects all staff to conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and with integrity in all business activities. This code sets out the standards of behaviour required to maintain the trust of our clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  1. Staff shall act honestly, with integrity, and in the best interests of CRGI Solutions and its clients.
  2. Confidential information belonging to CRGI Solutions or its clients shall be protected and not disclosed without authorisation.
  3. Conflicts of interest shall be declared to the Operations Manager and managed appropriately.
  4. Staff shall treat colleagues, clients, and third parties with respect and dignity, free from harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
  5. CRGI Solutions' IT systems and equipment shall be used responsibly and in accordance with the ISMS acceptable use policy.
  6. Staff shall not accept gifts, hospitality, or inducements that could influence or appear to influence business decisions.
  7. Breaches of this code shall be reported and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of engagement.
  8. Staff shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the performance of their duties.
