Policy Statement¶
CRGI Solutions is committed to delivering engineering design and consultancy services that consistently meet client requirements, applicable standards, and our own quality objectives. Quality is embedded in our design processes, from initial concept through to final deliverable.
Key Requirements¶
- All engineering deliverables shall be reviewed and verified before issue to clients.
- Client requirements shall be determined, documented, and communicated to relevant staff before work commences.
- Design outputs shall be checked against design inputs, applicable codes, and client specifications.
- Nonconformities shall be recorded, investigated, and corrected using the corrective action process.
- Customer feedback shall be actively sought, recorded, and analysed to drive improvement.
- Suppliers and subcontractors shall be assessed and approved before engagement, and their performance monitored.
- Measuring and monitoring equipment used in quality-critical activities shall be calibrated and maintained.
- Quality objectives shall be set annually, aligned to client satisfaction, delivery performance, and nonconformity reduction.
