Policy Statement

CRGI Solutions is committed to protecting the health, safety, and wellbeing of all staff and stakeholders, minimising our environmental impact, and delivering engineering services that consistently meet client expectations and applicable requirements. This integrated commitment underpins everything we do as a virtual engineering consultancy.

Senior management shall demonstrate visible leadership in HSQE, allocate adequate resources, and promote a culture where every member of staff takes ownership of health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

  1. CRGI Solutions shall maintain an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
  2. The CEO shall approve HSQE policy, set strategic objectives, and chair management reviews.
  3. The Operations Manager shall implement and maintain the IMS, coordinate audits, and report performance to the CEO.
  4. All staff shall comply with HSQE policies, report hazards, incidents, and improvement opportunities, and participate in training.
  5. CRGI Solutions shall identify and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and other requirements.
  6. HSQE risks and opportunities shall be identified, assessed, and managed through documented processes.
  7. HSQE objectives and KPIs shall be established, monitored, and reviewed at least annually.
  8. Continual improvement shall be pursued through audit, management review, corrective action, and performance analysis.
  9. This policy shall be communicated to all staff and made available to interested parties on request.
